Born in Cumberland, MD, she was the daughter of the late Edwin Dewey Lewis Sr., and Leona Rose (Stevenson) Lewis.
She was the beloved wife of Charles G. Fisher for over 70 years.
Ella was a talented seamstress, known for sewing quilts and clothing. She enjoyed reading and studying history of all kinds. She was an avid Baltimore Orioles and Ravens fan. She loved spending time with her family.
