He was born on September 23, 1994 in Elkton, to Bonnie and Jack Meehan.
Joshua was a graduate of Rising Sun High School class of 2013. He played tennis in high school, travel soccer and learned to play the piano at a young age.
He also enjoyed snowboarding and creating innovative designs. His heart was full of love for others and especially his family. His laughter was contagious. He loved raising animals from bearded dragons, chickens and goats to rare species of fish.
Joshua had a limitless quest for knowledge and was currently taking classes at Cecil College while working in the athletic department. He was undeniably bright. Joshua was a certified medical assistant and did some modeling part-time. He loved the Lord and desired others to share in that love.
