On Monday, March 2, Kevin Cooper, 24, of Elkton, was also taken into custody by the Maryland State Police Apprehension Team. He was in custody at Cecil Sheriff's Office with murder and other charges pending.
Captain Steve Brownhill of the Cecil Sheriff's Office said that no additional suspects are wanted in relation to this case. "All suspects in custody," said Captain Brownhill.
Two people have been charged with first degree murder and other offenses in connection with a double homicide in Elkton last Wednesday.
Ellen Lough, 27, of the unit block of Brenda Street, Port Deposit, and Derrick Lamonte Carroll, 25, of the 200 block of Mike Drive Elkton, have been charged with two counts of first degree murder, two counts of conspiracy to commit first degree murder, one count of burglary first degree, and one count of conspiracy to commit burglary first degree.
