The Cecil County Arts Council is gearing up for a colorful new year.
The gallery shows for 2015 have been set.
January will be all about young artists. The works of Cecil County Public Schools students will be on display all month at the arts council, 135 East Main Street, Elkton. Typically, students travel from school to the display to see their works.
