Jeremy Strohecker expects to get a lot more work done now.
Strohecker, a Deputy First Class with the Cecil County Sheriff's Office, is frequently assigned to work in southern Cecil. Now, he and other deputies have a new place to work that's not miles away from their patrol area.
"CCSO used to have an office in town hall," explained Cecilton Town Clerk Kim Roland. Now they will have a new office with a computer and desk.
"It will be great. It will save us time. We can use the office to do our reports. And it will get us out on time because we have to finish our reports before we leave," said DFC Strohecker. "I am looking forward to this. With traffic on Route 213 it's horrible getting from here back to the office (on Chesapeake Boulevard)."
