That's how Sister Ellyn Adams and Sister Sarah Carrigan are viewing their time in Cecil County.
Sister Adams and Sister Carrigan are in the middle of an 18-month voluntary mission serving The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
They currently reside in North East and also serve Perryville and Oxford, Pa.
The college students travel the area speaking to residents.
Sister Adams, a native of Modesto, California, attends Brigham Young University-Idaho.
Sister Carrigan, from San Diego, attends Brigham Young University in Utah.
In addition to meeting as many people as possible, the women are frequent visitors to the library where they use social media to reach even more people.
"Missions reach all over the world and one of the ways to do that is Facebook," Sister Adams said.
Sister Adams said the aim is to engage people in really free and open conversations. "It's a matter of finding people who are ready to change their lives," she said. "We want people to find happiness through Jesus, happiness in this life and the life after."
The women spread their message six days a week with one day set aside for preparation and recreation.
They are avilable to perform free community service such as yard work or housework and offer tours of their church in Bayview. Sister Adams and Sister Carrigan can be reached at 410-699-0206.
